Counseling Services

The benefits of individual therapy can be life-changing, and often last much longer than the therapy itself does. Therapy can help people establish trusting, healthy safe adult relationships, learn to identify and express feelings and emotions, gain understanding of problematic behaviors or habits, increase self-awareness and establish healthy boundaries. We offer individual and group therapy. Working together, we will learn how to identify and clarify issues or obstacles to your health and well being, process the obstacles contributing to these challenges and develop effectives strategies to better manage emotions, relationships, and life while moving toward a happier, healthier life.
